Introduction

Our AI Product Use Policy is designed to promote the safe and responsible use of the models, products, and services provided by InfinityGen. Our technology is intended for use by adults only. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse the Service or any of its outputs.

Violation of Laws or Third-Party Rights Is Prohibited

This includes using the Product to facilitate:

  • Violations of applicable laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
  • Violations of AI regulations, such as:
  • Use of subliminal, manipulative, or deceptive techniques that impair an individual's decision-making and may cause harm.
  • Exploitation of vulnerabilities related to age, disability, or socio-economic status.
  • Evaluation or classification of individuals based on social behavior, personal characteristics, or social scoring systems that result in discriminatory or harmful effects.
  • Assessment or prediction of the likelihood of a person committing a crime based solely on profiling or personal traits.
  • Creation or expansion of facial recognition databases without consent.
  • Emotion recognition in work or educational settings, unless for medical or safety purposes.
  • Categorization of individuals using biometric data to infer race, political opinions, trade union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual life, or sexual orientation.
  • Use of real-time biometric identification systems in public spaces for law enforcement purposes.
  • Sharing of personal information without consent.
  • Providing advice on essential services, including medical or healthcare services, without review by a qualified professional and without disclosing the use of AI assistance and its limitations.

Causing Harm to or Exploiting Minors Is Prohibited

This includes using the Product to facilitate:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation, grooming, or trafficking of minors.
  • Exploitation or abuse of minors, including sextortion, impersonation, or grooming for exploitation purposes.
  • Pedophilic behavior, including suggestive representations of minors.

All instances of CSAM will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Generation of Sexually Explicit Content Is Prohibited

This includes using the Product to facilitate:

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
  • Illegal pornographic content.
  • Content depicting sexual acts, sexual intercourse, or sexual violence.

Causing Physical or Emotional Harm to Others or Oneself Is Prohibited

This includes using the Product to facilitate:

  • Incitement to or instructions for self-harm or harm to others.
  • Discrimination, threats, or promotion of violent or hateful content based on protected attributes.
  • Support for organizations or individuals associated with terrorism or hate.
  • Content related to human trafficking or exploitation.
  • Extremely violent content, including bodily destruction, mutilation, torture, or animal abuse.
  • Development or manufacturing of illegal or regulated weapons.

Circumvention of Security Measures Is Prohibited

This includes facilitating:

  • Intentional bypassing of the built-in protections or restrictions of the Product.
  • Attempting to circumvent account bans, such as by creating new accounts.
  • Distribution of malicious code, malware, viruses, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a website or system.

Deception or Misleading Behavior Is Prohibited

This includes using the Product to facilitate:

  • Disinformation or dissemination of false information.
  • Unauthorized impersonation of others or defamatory content.
  • Deception of end users regarding the nature of content generated by the Product (e.g., pretending it was created by a human) or failing to disclose the use of AI when not obvious.
  • Content that undermines democratic or judicial processes, including content that discourages participation in elections.
